Employer Partnerships
Connect with prepared candidates, strengthening cultural awareness and build more inclusive employment pathways.
How We Work with Employers
Kowanj works with employers to connect workforce needs with motivated candidates who are prepared for the workplace.
Our approach combines job readiness, candidate matching, employment placement, post-placement support and cultural awareness training. This helps employers build stronger teams while creating meaningful opportunities for refugee, migrant and CALD communities.
We support both sides of the employment journey: participants gain confidence and access to work, while employers receive practical support to engage, hire and retain diverse talent.
